AGENDA
- We will agree on the specs for scanning requirements that we will include on our requests for quotations from vendors. Nuala has provided the following link to a document that should be helpful:

- Assign responsibility for obtaining quotations.
MINUTES
- Agreement on adopting JPEG2000 (high quality level) as archival standard for the Library. This is what OCA will be providing us.
- Betsy will send OCA quality assurance guidelines to the group. OCA contract and sole source document should be to Purchasing by this Friday, Sept. 22. This is the deadline for approval at the November Board of Trustees meeting.
- Discussion of a need to have a collection development policy for Internet Harvest. Some digital content that we already have isn't appropriate or of good enough quality to include in IH. Will put this on agenda for future meeting.
- Decision to make the massdigiwiki public.
- Nuala will provide draft specifications for discussion at next week's meeting.
